Highway Messina-Palermo Junction Viale Carousel

Customer: MAEG S.p.A. Vazzola (TV) (July 2011-February 2012)

For 7 months we have flanked the MAEG constructions in Messina for the renovations and securing the bridge of the junction of Viale carousel of the motorway Messina-Palermo.

Our staff has been engaged for the movement of men and equipment, using the following machines:

  • Autogru Liebherr 120 ton.
  • Piattaforma autocarrata ItalJib 60-N

Operators engaged:

  • Mr. Autieri Armando
  • Mr. Marano Giovanni

 

Despite the bad weather conditions that have occurred during the work, our staff has come out for competence and availability.

The customer, who gave the maximum score to our internal questionnaire on quality, has appreciated the work of the company that has the permission to retrieve and standardise the timescale of the work all lifting operations personnel and equipment.

Our office Quality, Environment and Safety at Work has provided the documentation required law and has assured the quality management of the work location.

Throughout the whole duration of the rental, disputes regarding compliance with the safety conditions were not detected by the bodies responsible for monitoring.

There have been neither accidents at work nor emergency situations (despite the presence of strong cross winds).

We haven’t had environmental impact , direct or indirect, during the work and the waste and debris were stored and disposed of in accordance with the law.

The present report is annexed to the promotional documentation of Marano Group and also constitutes the evaluation of management in accordance with the quality system and environment.

Ivrea

The intervention commissioned has covered the rental of 5 lifting means for the achievement of different heights for the work of adapting the Viaduct Marchetti on highway A4/5 Ivrea – Santhia.

For this operation the Marano Group has provided the following equipment:

The work was commissioned by the Marchetti Company.

The repair share was carried out in conditions of absolute safety for men involved and for the materials handled.

The operators engaged:

  • Mr Capasso Arcangelo
  • Mr Autieri Armando
  • Mr Esposito Gaetano

Our staff has worked with professionalism and absolute availability in respect of intervention times provided, allowing the minimum block of the system.

Our Quality office , Environment and Safety at Work has provided the documents required by law and has assured the quality management of the work location.

Civitacampomarano

The intervention commissioned has covered the replacement of 3 blades at the height of 85 meters.

For this operation the Marano Group has provided the following equipment:

  • n. 2 cranes – 220 ton;
  • n. 1 platform reaching mt 85

The work was concluded in 2 working daysand was commissioned by Enel Green Power.
When works were concluded, as you can be seen from the images, the repaired areas looked as new.

The repair share was carried out in absolute safety conditions for the men involved and for the equipment.

At the Central Enel Torrevaldaliga North our machines and our staff has been engaged for 10 months in the movement of men and materials for the construction of structures in the share of the plant.

Our machines used in the rental period were:

  • Mobile crane Marchetti 32 ton.
  • Platform ItalJib 60-N
  • Platform So.Ca.Ge. Fassi Europlanet 560.300
  • Platform Ital Jib 56-N
  • Platform Ital Jib 48-N

Were addressed and solved many problems linked to the presence of a constant cross winds that have committed machines and staff for a large part of the duration of the rental.

The technical direction of the company has had the opportunity to appreciate an excellent behavior of operators that have allowed the employer to operate without appreciable interruptions and in full respect of the timescale for work.
